Processing & Dispatch
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day from Sydney, Australia. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Australian Shipping
We offer two shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard shipping - $10, delivered in 2-5 business days
- Express shipping - $15, delivered in 1-2 business days
All Australian orders are shipped fully tracked via Australia Post.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery typically takes 6-15 business days depending on your location and customs processing. All international orders are shipped fully tracked via Australia Post.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer. Astra Archives is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
