Returns Policy

Our Commitment

At Astra Archives, every piece is carefully inspected, authenticated and described before it's listed for sale. We want you to love what you receive but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Australian & New Zealand Returns

We accept returns on Australian and New Zealand orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received - unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been incorrectly described.

International Returns

Due to high international shipping costs and customs processing, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside of Australia and New Zealand. Please ensure you review all item measurements, photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How to Lodge a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at astraarchivesco@gmail.com or via Instagram at @astraarchivesco. Include your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or significantly different from its listing, please get in touch with us immediately. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Astra Archives.

Please Note

As all items are one-of-a-kind vintage and preloved pieces, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend reviewing all measurements and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
